Ahhhh the passage of childhood, learning to ride a bike without training wheels. This took a little longer than we thought. Last month when he borrowed a friend’s bike that was smaller he was able to ride it. When he got to his bike it was bigger and more than he wanted to handle. He tried begging dad to put the training wheels back on but he never convinced him that this was a good idea.

After Mason got a bigger bike for his birthday dad lowered the seat on the old bike and away Sawyer flew. He has now claimed the old bike as his very own. Happy riding Sawyer! May this be a skill you enjoy the rest of your life.

Football

Sawyer’s newest sport of choice is football. He had to replace his old nerf football today because it was ripped and was causing him great stress. His new football looks real but is soft. He actually knew what he wanted before we went.
